Rajesh has 15 years of experience in consulting. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Management Studies from NMIMS (Mumbai University). He has worked in PwC, Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Hewitt before setting up KCL.

He has worked across industries in the areas of business process improvement, where he has undertaken multiple assignments for improvement in processes such as materials management, manufacturing cycle time reduction and inventory management.

He has extensive experience in organisation development, in the areas of organisation structuring, designing and setting up processes and systems such as role definitions, competency assessments, development of performance management systems. He has managed large, complex HR assignments and delivered end-to-end HR solutions and systems for clients across multiple industries – Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, Real Estate, IT enabled Services, Utilities – in the private and public sector for Indian as well as International clients.
