To enable “Developing to contribute more” in an organisation of around 500 employees, the following must be in place:
  • a process for determining development needs for teams and individuals based on managerial feedback, performance data, future requirements of the defined roles and – most importantly – potential assessment based on behavioural competencies

  • planned longer-term and team specific and individual interventions that are focussed on enhancing job-related capabilities and developing future leadership
